MC600 at Coren feed plant in Lugo/Spain

MAKOBA, in cooperation with its partner and plant manufacturer Tietjen Verfahrenstechnik, has commissioned the first MC600 in Spain.
The customer Coren - Alimentos de Galicia rely on German technology in order to significantly increase its production capacity, improve quality and produce more energy-efficient.
A premix of mainly corn, wheat, sunflower meal and some other ingredients with a throughput of up to 50 metric tons per hour is processed.
The longtime MULTICRACKER® technology partner Tietjen Verfahrenstechnik from Hemdingen/Germany integrated the MC600 in a new system, which also consists of a state-of-the-art heavy particle separator directly above the MC600, an aspiration and filter unit below and a conveyor system. MAKOBA and Tietjen technicians worked together with the Spanish installation company S.A.T.I. from Villadolid/Spain, hand in hand to complete the system in due time.
